Submitting a booking request through our website does not constitute a confirmed appointment. A booking is only confirmed once we contact you to agree a date, time and price. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings where necessary.

Prices displayed on the website are starting estimates and include VAT where applicable. Final pricing depends on your vehicle's size and condition and will be confirmed before work begins. We reserve the right to update our prices at any time.
5. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Deposits for coating packages may be non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows, as communicated at the time of booking.
6. Our services
We carry out all work with reasonable skill and care using professional products and techniques. While we strive for outstanding results, certain pre-existing conditions (such as deep scratches, dents or paint that has been previously damaged) may limit the achievable outcome. We will always advise you of expected results before starting.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Detailingpro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under German law. Our vehicles in care are covered by appropriate insurance.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics and images, is owned by or licensed to Detailingpro and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written consent.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites and provide such links for convenience only.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dresden.
